What is E-Design?

E-design is the simple and affordable process of interior design done entirely online. This is for people who want to get the designer direction and expertise, but don’t mind a little DIY to complete the product.

How does E-Design work?

It begins with me getting to know you a little bit. Through the questionnaire I will understand a little more about you, what you need, your likes and dislikes. I will get an idea of your space through photos, sketches and measurements. Then the fun begins… I will help create a space specifically tailored to you. The design package will provide you with a concept board, floor plan, a full list of all the pieces needed and more for you to bring your space to life.

What information are you collecting from me?

  • Filling out the questionnaire allows for me to get to know you, your personal style, your wants, your dislikes, budget, timeline and what you are looking for in your space

  • Measurements, Rough sketches and pictures of the space being designed. Pictures of existing furniture or decor that you want to incorporate into the new space.

  • An open mind and honest communication will help create a space that you will be truly happy with.

How long does the process take?

Depending on the package and scope of the work it can take approximately 1-4 weeks.

When do I pay for my design?

Once the project requirements have been reviewed you will be sent a quote and invoice directly to your email. Once payment has been received the project will begin.

What if the product is backordered or no longer available?

We understand that the status of items can change quickly. If an item has become discontinued we will work with you to find a suitable replacement for 30 days after completion of the project. We will make sure that the items we incorporate into the design are not currently discontinued. Therefore, we recommend that items are bought upon completion of the services provided to ensure items are available.

Can existing furniture be used?

Yes! We will incorporate existing pieces into the current project.

What if I have an open floor plan?

If you have an open floor plan and for instance the living room and dining room are open to one another this will be considered two separate rooms. Each room will have it’s own design package.

Can I buy E-design as a gift?

Absolutely!

Do you do in-person design?

Yes! However, it is only in the Toledo, Ohio and surrounding areas

What is included in my Design Package?

This all depends on the package that you purchase. However, all packages will come with a concept board, 2D Floor plan and direct contact to make sure the design is completed with ease.

What if I am not 100% happy with my concept board?

No problem. We will gladly work with you on up to (2) concept board revisions.

How do we communicate during the process?

E-design is an online process. Communication will be through email and that will allow that us to track all interactions. You are able to contact us whenever you need via e-mail during the process. However, we do understand that occasionally a phone call is needed and quicker. Therefore, we offer two 30 minute phone calls.

What if I have questions after my design is complete?

No problem. We understand that once everything settles down you may come across some things and have questions. You are free to contact us up to 60 days after the process. E-mail us at ashleychristen240@gmail.com
