What Is E-Design?

What exactly is E-Design? It is the process of Interior Design done entirely online. You get the expertise of an Interior Designer without having to actually see them in person….(So you can do all your business in your pajamas!) E-Design is for people who don’t mind doing a little DIY. It’s also great for anyone who is just too busy to set aside time for meetings and errands with an Interior Designer.

How Does it work?

We offer a few different packages for our clients. You will pick whichever package works best for what you would like to have as part of your design.

This is an example of a package we can offer.

Once you’ve decided on a package we will send you a questionnaire and some tips for your “homework”. You will want to answer as detailed as possible as this will be the basis of how we work on your project. Your homework will include a “how to guide” on measuring, sketching and taking pictures of your space. Again, E-Design is done entirely online which means we won’t be doing any business face-to-face, so unless you want us peeking in your windows to estimate the size of your room you’ll want to take these measurements yourself. (Okay, we promise not to peek in your windows)

An easy to follow guide on how to measure your space

Another easy guide to follow on sketching your space. You don’t have to be an artist to do this. You’ll just want to give a basic idea to us with correct measurements. We want to make sure we don’t block any doorways with furniture.

Lastly, will be the photos of your space.

Now What?

After you’ve sent us the questionnaire we us our Little Orphan Annie Decor Ring to decipher your style. Okay, we don’t really have a ring, but it would be a lot cooler if we did. This will allow us to get a sense of what you need in your space, what you want in your space. It will also give us an understanding of styles you like and dislike. Our goal is to make your space aesthetically pleasing and functional for you. This is your space, so we want to make sure the room reflects you.

We will study the diagrams and pictures you sent us. We will begin to shop for you and make sure all the furniture and decor works in your space. We will design like it’s no ones business. This is our favorite part. We will work within the budget you provided to us and pick out your special pieces to make your space beautiful.

Depending on the package you pick you will be provided with all the information you need to bring your space to life.
